		<description>The RRC does not classify oil &amp; gas waste as hazardous..that
is very true. BUT if you go the RRC site and go to the training 
pages, there is an incident that occurred a couple of years ago in which a truck carrying production waste caught fire and killed the drivers. The RRC itself advised that production waste was hazardous material, and needed to be treated as such.</description>
